I enjoyed the video TE and loved hearing your voice again. It was lovely to see the very blue sky and distinctive Scandinavian architecture and experience the calmness of the walk. Hearing your personal update about making the move was interesting too. I guess for lots of us who have followed your channel for several years, it is always fun and interesting to see what you are up to. Nice to hear about mini Explorer too and her progress with Swedish.

I live in Minnesota (USA) and except for the historic buildings, the scenery there looks the same as here. Summers can be wonderful and winters can be too if you have the right attitude.

nice to hear your voice again, and glad to see that you decided to stay in tokyo or move to sweden. You guys had that dilemma for a while now :) . Lets just hope your channel wont drop in viewer count due to this.

Hee. Hi, TE. Glad the move went well, that's always a lot. Wonder how the family will like winters over there. (Which reminds me , I had the impression you needed snow driving lessons for a Swedish licence. Fun, but it seems it'd take waiting for some snow. Taking a course in that might be worthwhile: if you can handle that, you'll get *really good at driving* if you can still learn motor skills. :) Also a stunning number of younger Americans aren't learning to drive, cars are too expensive and unexciting and hard to break into fixing up like we used to as kids. (which was how to afford anything for many) They Uber or bum rides a lot, even in car-dependent places. And the windmill could be interesting enough. I speculate maybe it was built to raise water to some storage to provide some water pressure for the town.

Great to have you back! I’ve travelled to many places over the world, some amazing places like Japan. But when all is said and done, I prefer living in Denmark as I do now.

I was asleep, exhausted from the day, when this Premiere was live :( So I'm watching it about 3 hours later. The past week, I've been dealing with a winter cold. Everyone who watches, CLICK THE LIKE BUTTON 08:06 The snail sculpture looks silly. 11:17 Maybe a career change might be in order then. Open a coffee shop. 12:22 500 year old cathedral. The oldest church in my suburb here in Brisbane is only 99 years old. Long way to go. 16:57 Best of luck at getting a drivers license, TE Once you have your full drivers license in Sweden, will you look at getting an international drivers license for your trips back to Japan? 17:55 chat I thought I was old at not learning to drive, till I was 21. The idea of learning to drive, at age 42 feels very weird to me. I got rid of my drivers license at age 40. By then I'd not driven a car for 10 years, I'd have needed to relearn how to drive, and I had no car or access to one. So there was no real sense in keeping a drivers license. 18:25 Humidity. It's been a very dry and cold snap here in Brisbane the past week. 6C to 9C day time minimums, and 30 to 50 percent humidity. Very not nice conditions for my asthma, so using my humidifier at my place, all day every day, has been a must. 21:53 It's weird seeing a lake without Swan Boats. 23:29 Waking up to bird sound. I don't have to open my windows to hear them of a morning. They are that close and loud, that I can hear them clearly, even with all the windows still closed. Thanks very much for this video TE. The cathedral is something. It dominates the skyline in this town. What will be the biggest change from Tokyo for you to get use to again?

Incredible TE. Looking at this scenery from Australia, it’s certainly allot greener. Hope you all settle in well with the change from Japan. Time to breathe and take the slow lane for a while.
